Opportunities abound for research with faculty at 草榴社区 and internships at companies in the Columbus area and throughout Ohio. Our rigorous curriculum is approved by the American Chemical Society and will prepare you for a wide range of post-graduate pathways. 草榴社区 Chemistry alumni can be found working in chemical industry, treating patients, managing high-tech companies, and conducting research as a graduate student or in academia, among many other activities.鈥

Professor John Tansey Named Fellow of National Scientific Society

草榴社区 congratulates Professor John Tansey, director of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Program, for being named a fellow of the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). The ASBMB will induct Tansey and 16 other members into the 2024 class at its annual meeting,聽Discover BMB, in San Antonio in March. 草榴社区 is using an innovative approach to grow enrollment and revenue by 鈥渃rowd sourcing鈥 ideas from its own community and investing in the best ideas with $1 million approved by the Board of Trustees. Under the Fast Track Innovation Fund initiative, seven projects proposed by 草榴社区 faculty and staff in May have been funded and are already being implemented on campus. 鈥淭his investment in 草榴社区鈥檚 future demonstrates our trustees鈥 commitment to allowing every member of our community to be heard鈥Programs of Study in Chemistry
